Intel needed to consolidate their fragmented digital product ecosystem to support major launches including Intel Arc Graphics and Core Ultra Processors while implementing their new Spark-based identity. The existing architecture created inconsistent user experiences across products, partner programs, developer tools, and customer portals. I led comprehensive product strategy to redesign the entire Intel.com platform, unifying developer resources, creating B2B showcase capabilities, and implementing AI-powered search personalization.
One of the biggest initiatives at Intel was the move to Coveo’s search platform. We worked with Coveo, Intel, and Sapient developers to rework the default experiences for usability and alignment with Intel’s design guidelines. Over the years, we partnered with Intel’s search team to prioritize features such as AI and personalization, informed by third-party research. User testing on every major feature before rollout increased search usage and improved user satisfaction.
Intel's fragmented developer ecosystem scattered documentation, tools, and support across disconnected portals. We consolidated these resources into a single platform with intuitive navigation and a consistent interface, so developers could quickly find information for their specific projects and technologies. The result strengthened Intel’s relationship with the developer community and reinforced its position as a technical leader.
Intel's Partner Program lacked cohesion with the broader ecosystem, creating barriers for businesses seeking to work with Intel and each other. We created a unified B2B showcase platform that clearly articulated Intel’s value proposition, simplified navigation to critical resources, and offered personalized pathways by industry and relationship stage. The result strengthened Intel’s business relationships and increased partner program participation while aligning with the refreshed brand identity.
Another major initiative was redesigning Intel’s support forums and moving them to the Khoros platform. We integrated syndicated content, events, and blog articles, giving Intel evangelists a dedicated platform on Intel.com while reducing the overhead of a full AEM implementation. Bringing content back from third-party sites like Medium kept users on Intel’s own domain, improving indexing, cross-linking, and SEO ranking.
