Sloan Studio is solely focused on User Experience. We partner with others who specialize in visual design and programming to help our clients execute end-to-end. Mark Sloan founded Sloan Studio after over a decade of working in the agency world. He was Director of User Experience at various Los Angeles agencies including Blitz Agency, Schematic (now Possible Worldwide), and Level Studios.
As a company we are small, dynamic and new. With our size comes the ability to be agile and client focused while leveraging our rich base of contractors helps us scale when needed. We have worked in many verticals, platforms and have a strong fundamental understanding of desktop, mobile and television platforms.

Mark began his career in New York as a developer for Sapient after graduating from Columbia University with a Computer Science degree. He quickly realized his love for programming was founded on creating usable, useful software so he switched to the Information Architect group. 12 years later Mark has worked for a variety of agencies, becoming a Director of User Experience the last 6 years. He has been fortunate enough to lead work on high-profile projects such as the first Verizon.com website, a complete revamp of Disney.com, advancing Dell's consumer and Small and Medium Business groups, and a redesign of Oprah.com. He has extensive experience working on websites, mobile, tablets and televisions, utilizing the same approach across platforms, but adapting to the constraints of each and the specific project goals. Mark started Sloan Studio to focus on finding designers that believed in learning more everyday and to work with clients that share a mutual respect. He has worked at the following companies over 12 years: Sapient, RPA, BLITZ Agency, Possible Worldwide, The Revere Group, LEVEL Studios.
After graduating with a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis where she studied psychology, business, and architecture; Jacqui began her professional career working in the digital industry. She gained experience in online marketing, social media, website content management, and production, but soon found she had an affinity towards user experience design. In 2010, she freelanced as an Information Architect at Usability Counts and JLR Interactive. Since January 2011, she has worked at Sloan Studio designing for various platforms including websites, applications, mobile, tablets, and televisions.
